Everyone is working on all brands. It expands the potential customer base as opposed to working on one brand. The problem that creates is that it drives you to your competition for replacement parts. First of all, they aren't going to be generous with pricing. Second, you are supporting the competition by paying them for the parts. If you feel the pain, I can provide CAT/Olympian parts at a fair price & many times they in stock. Some gen set service companies have already experienced the benefit.
